Our products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. See Refund Policy below.
Products are guaranteed to be free of defects when shipped. We will photograph it before it is shipped as proof. We cannot guarantee our products will be delivered without damage that may occur during shipping.

If a manufacturing defect is detected during the warranty period, we will refund the price on a pro-rata basis. You must send us a photo of the product clearly showing the defect.
